Cross Country Bicycle Ride
Our first fund raising event is a cross-country bicycle ride that began in October 2008. We are using an east-to-west route, based on the Adventure Cycling Association (www.adventurecycling.org) Southern Tier route (see map at right). The ride  originated on Sunday, October 26 at Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine, FL and stopped for the holidays at the "half way" point in Austin, TX. We plan to re-start in Austin and finish in San Diego, CA in Spring 2010.
